MMSS is a personal media-player app that connects to a server you operate or are authorised to use. By using the app you agree to these terms.

1. Your content

MMSS does not provide any music or media. You are responsible for the content on the server you connect to and for having the rights to access and play it. Use the app only with libraries you own or are permitted to use.

2. Acceptable use

Don’t use the app to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any server or service.

3. No warranty

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every server configuration.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data stored on your own server.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always posted here.
